Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and guiding clients through AGAPE’s programs and services. This position works closely with individuals and families to develop personalized care plans, connect clients with resources, and provide ongoing encouragement and accountability. The ideal candidate is highly organized, compassionate, and passionate about making a positive impact through advocacy, education, and relationship-building within a faith-based, pro-life ministry environment.
